Thousands of conveyor frames are produced annually as part of an ongoing contract for this customer, servicing coal and iron-ore industries. Key locations for these frames include North Queensland, the Hunter Valley and Western Australia. Alliance Metal have 20 years of experience in manufacturing conveyor frames and as a result are able to turn around conveyor frames extremely quickly, something which keeps this customer coming back for more.

Processes used to manufacture these pieces include working with our design team, to laser cutting, plasma cutting, CNC bending, mig and tig welding, and galvanising all using raw Australian steel.
